2022 ASEE Annual Conference – Minneapolis, MN

Updates and details for the conference (thank you, Cindy):

1) Final papers are due on MONDAY May 16th. This is across all divisions and will not move as ASEE needs to pull everything together for the final program. After final papers are submitted, Program Chairs will start assigning papers to sessions. All sessions WILL be finalized by May 30th.
2) Given the change in paper management system, we encourage you all to go into Slayte and update your profile. Directions from Slayte are here: https://docs-for-customers.slayte.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412308984595-Additional-Profile-Information For Authors, the bio entered in Slayte is what will go on the cover page of your paper, so encourage your co-authors to also update their bio.
3) Copyright: In the past you have had to fill this form out separately at the time of final paper submission. If you’re looking for the form and cannot find it, this is because all authors checked a box indicating copyright transfer at the time of your draft paper submission. 4) Authors and co-authors who wish to participate in the annual conference must be registered for the conference, with presenting authors registered by May 16th.
